Refund & Cancellation Policy

Shaz Resort Sdn Bhd is committed to ensuring our guests have a pleasant and seamless booking experience. To maintain fairness and consistency, the following policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, no-shows, and refunds.

1. Reservation Confirmation & Deposit

  • All room bookings must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit, the amount of which may vary depending on the season, room type, and package selected.

  • Full payment or balance of payment must be settled prior to or upon check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email to our official reservation email address.

  • Any cancellation of check-in, regardless of reason, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit paid.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date are not eligible for any refund or rescheduling.

  • For cancellations made more than 7 days prior to check-in, guests may request to reschedule their booking subject to room availability and management approval. No cash refund will be issued.

3. No-Show Policy

  • In the event of a no-show (i.e., failure to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice), the entire deposit or prepayment will be deemed forfeited.

  • The booking will be automatically cancelled by 11.59 PM on the check-in date, unless prior arrangements have been made.

4. Early Departures & Unused Nights

  • No refunds will be issued for early check-outs or unused nights once the guest has checked in, regardless of the reason.

  • Guests who shorten their stay after check-in will still be charged for the full duration of the original reservation.

5. Force Majeure

  • Shaz Resort Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for cancellations or modifications due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other emergencies. In such cases, management may, at its sole discretion, offer rescheduling without penalty.

6. Policy Acceptance

  • By making a booking with Shaz Resort Sdn Bhd, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
