Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Shaz Resort Sdn Bhd. By accessing or using our website, making a reservation, or staying at our property, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking or using our services.


1. Booking & Reservations

  • All reservations are subject to availability.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The balance must be paid in full upon check-in unless stated otherwise.

  • Guests must provide accurate personal details when booking. Shaz Resort reserves the right to cancel any booking with incomplete or misleading information.

  • Group bookings (3 rooms or more) may be subject to additional terms and deposits.


2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Valid identification (IC/passport) must be presented at check-in for verification purposes.


3. Rates & Payment

  • All rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Rates may be subject to service charges and/or tourism tax where applicable.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.


4. Cancellation, No-Show & Refund

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation of check-in or no-show will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • No refunds will be given for early check-outs or unused nights.

5. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and property.

  • Shaz Resort reserves the right to evict any guest(s) involved in misconduct, illegal activities, or actions that disturb others.

  • No smoking is allowed in rooms. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

  • Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made.


6. Property Damage

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay.

  • Charges for repair or replacement of damaged items will be billed directly to the guest.


7. Safety & Liability

  • Shaz Resort is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the provided safety facilities.

  • Guests use the swimming pool, beach, and other resort amenities at their own risk.

  • The resort shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during the stay unless caused by proven negligence on the part of the resort.


8. Force Majeure

  • The resort shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, government restrictions, or pandemics.


9. Changes to Terms

  • Shaz Resort Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on our website.
